Hello,
I remember when I first got COD, your server was the first I ever joined. I have since been on pleantly of other servers, but when I need a good game, I come back to aaaaaaaaaatoysoldiers. Last night I was on and I noticed something really cool, at least I hope so. Something (not punkbuster from what I can tell) kicked a person a mere second after they broke a server rule (fired a RPG). As a server owner, I would love to know how you did that while at the same time kept the server ranked.
Our server is located in UK and goes by the name RvO Killhouse, we too have some rules like no RPG. (more info at our site http://rvoclan.info ) It would be of the utmost interest to me to find out how you did it.
(it is possible a admin was on at the time and kicked the guy, but I don't think so).
All the best

AH, thats a very cool program. Unfortunately for me, we rent. Which means I got to set up a box just to run that, as I won't use my main PC for that...
Thanks!

We had a good crowd on NYC last night and some good matches.
The bot did enforce the rules...as there were alot of 1st timers

Yea, we've got a vds through nfo, essentially a dedi server for b3 to run. I believe that as of October of last year, they came out with an update that will allow you to run b3 on a remote server, as long as you've got access to the games_mp.log in your /main/ folder. You may wish to look into a Rackspace Cloud server as the host for b3. They can start as low as $15/mo and could very well be capable of handling it.
If you do wish to go that route, and decide to setup b3 on a remote server, let me know.

You mean a VPS?
One of my hosts is acually installing it, so I guess I will be able to use it for free... awesome host. The other one is about to lose me as they won't help out with that.
I come calling back here if I need any help with configs if you don't mind...
I love TS server....

I would suggest staying away from NFO from now on
I can't believe no one else caught that. I'm ashamed of all of you.

wreck, he's looking for cod admining tools, not battlefield (ea) ![]()
we've got xlrstats, ping kicker and anti-noob running.
to have the stats run on a seperate server, you'll need ftp status or something like that. not sure of the exact name, but i believe you need the status.xml on the same webserver where the xlrstats web-end is located

Right, here is what I am looking to do...
Lock out the bot from everyone but me:
Run a anti-n00b - warns a person twice, then give a 0 minute kick, after the first kick, it adds a minute onto each kick... after 100 kicks a ban
Run a anti-rpg - same as above
Run a anti-martyrdom, same as above...
Have out rules available through !rules
Have a list of admins available through !admin
Thats all I can think of, can you help me set it up?
EDIT: Oh, and the ping-kicker, i saw that in action, very cool. Looking for all commands to be set up under the name RvOAdminBot...since you can control that as well...
