I just wanted to put it out there that my game was corrupted after the new patch and the repair install in origin fixed it. That is all!

Shockingly it works GREAT now. For me at least. Heard there are sound cutting out issues in TDM and some other non-conquest mode. Guess they fixed some things and broke others. Par for the fucking course. DMR's work much better now but that's all I got to test thus far.

Love the admin messages showing Yellow in the chat box and much better colors showing CP's and enemy/friendly messages. A ton easier to see now with a quick glance.

Oh and forgot to mention the Headshot indicator (above who killed you) showing if you died by headshot. Only thing is, I seem to always die by headshot now... AND update punkbuster as they pushed a new version of that too.

In Origin go to my games right click on BF4 and choose Repair Game

In Origin go to my games right click on BF4 and choose Repair Game

Thanks. Trying that now but it hangs at 99% and then fails. Sigh. I'll keep at it.

hit detection is still and will always be dog shit. And the whole no sound when joining in the middle of a map proves my theory that a bunch of crack smoking football fuckin monkeys coded this game.

Getting headshot constantly and losing standoffs to people with "0" health are what I have noticed the most. However, they did buff the heavy barrel making it the best barrel attachment available.

Any documented proof of this or you've noticed it? I didn't see anything in the patch notes. I usually pick my attachments based on : http://symthic.com/bf4-stats

I did notice i was having a hard time hitting stuff at distance with lmg since patch. Dunno if because of patch or all the shotgun whoring ive been doing.

The "best barrel attachment" is my opinion. I didn't see it in the patch notes either, but I did notice it game and said as much to everyone on vent. I then watched JackFrags' video about it last night:
