lost all unlocks and rank

joined a bf3 server this weekend after god knows how long and everything is as it should be all my guns are there the world made sense.  today i join a server and all my shit is gone guns, rank, and camo, i got so fucking mad i thought i was gonna stroke out.  in a couple of hours when i calm down im gonna research this a bit but if anyone has an idea how to unfuck my profile i would greatly appreciate it.
